Creation of 3D packaging for cosmetics:

My main role is to design 3D models for our cosmetic product packaging. I ensure that each design meets the specifications of the brief, in collaboration with the marketing teams and project development managers. For me, it is essential to find a balance between aesthetics, appropriate technique, and material choice, while considering the compatibility between formulations and materials. Every detail counts, including decorative elements.

Creation of 2D drawings:

After designing the 3D models, I create the technical 2D drawings that will serve as the basis for manufacturing. These drawings are a bit like the translation of my ideas into a precise technical language.

Technical support for project managers:

I support project managers throughout the development process, providing my technical expertise. I enjoy this support role because it ensures that the project progresses in the right direction, with technical solutions adapted to each stage.

Functional dimensioning:

I also define the tolerances and dimensions of the various packaging parts. This ensures that everything fits together perfectly and functions as intended.

Creation of 3D prototypes:

A part of my job involves materializing my designs by creating 3D mock-ups, either to test innovations or tooling. Thanks to our in-house 3D printer, I can bring my ideas to life, test their viability, and improve them if necessary.

Simulations and optimization of the plastic injection process:

When the project requires it, I use in-house software to simulate the plastic injection process. This allows me to validate the quality of the parts, optimize the design, and perform checks to ensure that each package will be manufactured in accordance with quality standards.
