Since 2020, I have been co-founder and CEO of Uncia, a SaaS solution dedicated to information system mapping and architecture documentation.

In this capacity, I have been involved in all stages of the project, from design to client delivery. I participated in the functional and technical scoping of the platform, development, testing phases, and continuous product improvement based on field feedback.

In parallel to the product, I have conducted operational missions with our clients (large corporations and significant-sized organizations), focusing on existing system recovery, clarification of application and technical architectures, IS documentation, and the implementation of processes to maintain this documentation over time.

My role has also involved project management, coordinating stakeholders (IT teams, architects, security, management), financial monitoring, and active participation in prospecting and pre-sales phases.

This experience allows me to develop a cross-functional vision of IT challenges, combining technical understanding, operational constraints, and governance requirements. It now strengthens my field-based approach in missions, with an ability to quickly shift from a global view to concrete actions and deliver usable results.

For several years, I worked as a technical architect on a long-term assignment within a major industrial group, in a complex and historically poorly documented information system environment.

My mission consisted of taking over an existing application and infrastructure scope, analyzing heterogeneous and often obsolete documentation, and then reconstructing a clear and usable vision of the IS architecture. This in-depth work helped identify application dependencies, critical flows, and areas of fragility.

I led the review and harmonization of architecture documents (DAT), supported project teams in defining their technical architectures, and ensured the validation of these documents in coordination with infrastructure, telecom, and security teams.

Beyond documentation, I contributed to establishing processes to sustain the architecture approach, improve IS readability over time, and secure technical decision-making. I also participated in leading architecture committees and coordinating various IT stakeholders.

This assignment allowed me to develop a strong ability to operate in complex contexts, structure existing systems, and align teams with sometimes divergent objectives.

At the consulting firm Wavestone, I carried out over ten assignments for large clients from various sectors (energy, public sector, banking, transport), focusing on technical architecture and enterprise architecture issues.

I primarily worked on scoping, auditing existing information systems, and structuring architecture, in contexts of transformation or IS rationalization. These missions involved analyzing the existing system, identifying inconsistencies or areas of fragility, and proposing realistic evolution paths aligned with business, technical, and organizational constraints.

I worked closely with IT teams, architects, application managers, and management to produce clear and usable deliverables: architecture diagnostics, reference schemas, urbanization principles, and operational recommendations.

This consulting experience allowed me to develop strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, as well as a keen understanding of the challenges faced by large organizations. It now forms the methodological foundation for my field interventions as an architect.
