Complete website redesign and automation of legal document generation — InesEtLeDroit

I assisted Inès, a creator of legal content, in the complete redesign of her platform to move from a limited Wix site to a custom, more modern, automated, and scalable ecosystem.

I designed a complete architecture around a Vite.js/React frontend connected to a Supabase database, enabling dynamic management of legal letter templates and orders.

On the backend, I deployed two Python FastAPI microservices on Google Cloud Run:

a document generation engine (DOCX/PDF) using Google Docs API and Google Cloud Storage,

a secure Stripe payment engine, integrating a variable pricing system to optimize conversion and perceived value of the templates.

The project also includes:

Beyond the technical aspects, I assisted the client in the strategic structuring of her digital offering: better presentation of templates, more flexible pricing, and a streamlined user experience, adapted to a non-technical audience.

Result: a faster, more autonomous, and professional website, which today allows her to effectively monetize her legal content while simplifying document management and production.

Demo & internal product to showcase the impact of a welcome and recommendation chatbot on e-commerce sites.

Role & mission: Product design, architecture (Next.js front + Supabase), LLM integration for recommendations (prompt engineering), webhook setup, and conversation storage.

Results / deliverables: Embedded prototype, contextualized dialogue, lead capture (name/email/request), integration guide for teams.

Expected impact: Improved conversion rate through active product choice assistance

Conversational prototype of an internal/experimental assistant for professors to have their students review content.

Role & mission: Scope definition, technical choices, building the ingestion → embeddings → retrieval + response pipeline, user testing.

Backend construction (AWS) and Next.js frontend (Vercel)

Results: Complete prototype demonstrating feasibility, technical documentation, and roadmap to production.
