At Cogendi, a financial software publisher, I am responsible for data management, from integration to analysis. My role also included creating interactive widgets to optimally present financial data, while ensuring its accuracy and relevance for international clients (sovereign wealth funds, family offices, pension funds, independent management companies, etc.).

• Needs Analysis: Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design automated dashboards tailored to their reporting and portfolio management needs.

• Data Integration and Transformation:

- Setting up SFTP connections to retrieve files (CSV, XLSX, XML).

• Dashboard Creation: Developing interactive widgets for data visualization, using SQL, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for an improved user experience. This assignment allowed me to strengthen my skills in data integration, process automation, and developing custom solutions for clients in the financial sector.

On assignment with a client, I contributed to an ERP migration project (SAP) as a member of a 10-person team, with a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of data flows.

• Analysis and Specifications: Analyzing functional specifications and writing adapted technical specifications.

• ETL Flow Development: Creating data flows with Datastage, Talend, or via ESB jobs with WebMethods, integrating SQL for database and API access, while implementing error handling mechanisms.

• Testing and Deployments: Developing test plans, monitoring validations, and production deployments using Jenkins and GitHub.

• Automation and Maintenance: Using VTOM to automate jobs, maintaining existing flows, and weekly monitoring of executions to ensure their proper functioning.

• Agile Methodology: Collaborating within an Agile framework, tracking tasks, and managing tickets with JIRA. This assignment allowed me to develop technical expertise in ETL, rigor in project tracking, and the ability to thrive in an agile and collaborative environment.

At La Banque Postale, I contributed to coaching and training customer service representatives to help them achieve sales objectives.

• Team Support: Leading and training to enhance skills and performance.

• Risk Management: Monitoring transactions and compliance with regulations, including TRACFIN reporting.

• Workshop Organization: Implementing concrete actions to develop teams' know-how and efficiency. This experience allowed me to work closely with the teams while actively participating in the management and improvement of commercial performance.
