MIAMI V2 is a web application used by HR employees and business departments of Alten France.

Its main objective is to facilitate collaboration between these two entities, to have an interactive way to manage sourcing, recruitment and consultant follow-up, as well as the management of clients and their projects for a business manager.

Tasks to accomplish:

• Production of documents related to the functional part of the project:

. Specifications.

. C4 diagram.

. System Context diagram.

• Production of the Product Backlog.

• Implementation of a Single Page Application with the Angular framework:

. Setup of a modular architecture.

. Routing configuration.

. Implementation of components, templates, and CSS.

• Implementation of a backend with the JAVA SpringBoot framework:

. Setup of an MVC architecture.

. Creation of entities for each role managed by the application.

. Implementation of the controller layer to manage each entry point to our system.

. Implementation of the DAO layer (repositories) to manage communication between our system and the database.

. Setup of a unit testing environment with JUNIT.

• Setup of a CI/CD environment:

. Configuration of pipelines to automate the integration and deployment process via Gitlab CI/CD.

• Cloud Deployment:

. Dockerization of each application service via Docker.

. Setup of infrastructure as code on Azure via Terraform.

. Configuration of a Kubernetes cluster via the AKS service.

• Project Management in Agile Scrum mode:

. Monitoring and updating the product backlog.

. Sizing of User Stories.

. Participation in SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review).

Results:

• The application is currently deployed on the cloud.
