Responsible for cold incident/problem follow-up. Responsible for the quality of service provided to business units.

Capacity planning management. Definition and monitoring of N3 design team activities (incidents, support requests, technology watch, maintenance in operational condition, projects). Organization of team meetings with minutes. Continuous improvement study with the various operations teams. Reporting to the client on activities via weekly follow-up.

Senior Project Manager. Management of an account of 17 PMs, 300 projects annually. Implementation and management of KPIs. Preparation and facilitation of various committees (technical, steering). Exchange workshops with the client for continuous improvement of activities.
