- End-to-end management of Fircosoft technical projects (component upgrades, Check automation, etc.)

- Coordination of tasks necessary for the deployment of new applications

- Provide level 2 and 3 support for Fircosoft applications

- Training and support for the operations team

Mission: Ensure the Delivery and operation of DevOps applications for Société Générale (Credit / Insurance / Private Banking division)

 Participate in setting up projects in DevOps mode:

- Monitor and report on ongoing projects

- Define infrastructure needs (Load Balancer, Server, Hosting, Middleware, Availability)

- Provide technical expertise on proposed solutions

- Validate technical solutions

 Integration of application solutions:

- Infrastructure creation (GSLB, VIP, Haproxy, servers…)

- Creation of application topologies on PAAP tools (a4c, Ansible Tower, AWX…)

- Deploy the infrastructure necessary for the proper functioning of applications (Java Standalone, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Syslog, CTM, Connect Express…)

- Infrastructure configuration (Certificate, Vault, DNS Alias…)

- Ensure integration testing (local / remote resilience testing, performance testing…)

- Ensure the production deployment of applications

 Implement different operational patterns:

- Ensure application and infrastructure monitoring (Patrol, Zabbix, Graphana, Kibana, AppDynamics, Sharp)

- Verify and implement different operational processes (log rotation setup, writing operational documents…)

 Be responsible for application operability:

- Monitor application evolutions (Jenkins, Nexus)

- Ensure version upgrades

- Ensure application infrastructure Patch Management

- Perform Disaster Recovery Plans for critical applications

- Provide level 3 support for incidents

- Update various repositories

Production Engineer at Société Générale (Technical Department). Mission: Ensure the supervision, maintenance, and proper functioning of the various remote banking applications (SG website and mobile application).

- Management of a scope of 100 applications in production / non-production environments.

- Incident management (level 3) and change implementation.

- Execution of CTE (Technical Operability Certification)

- Participation in DR Plans (Business Continuity Plans)

- Participation in continuous improvement

- On-call duty during the week and weekend.

- Backup coordination
