Context: The PPM team is responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of various business projects (regulatory, accounting, reference data, securities, commercial, etc.), ensuring process, deadline, and resource management. The objective is to guarantee the successful implementation of these projects in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Project: Implementation of a new 'Securities' service for the bank's retail clients through intermediaries and members.

Achievements:

• Preparation and facilitation of the launch Kick-off.

• Drafting of the Expression of Need (scope, impact, risk, budget).

• Drafting of the proposed solution type (functional solution).

• Building the product backlog (writing user stories, acceptance criteria).

Project: Boomerang (negotiation table change) & analysis of flows and transition from protocol 4.2 & 4.4 to 5.0.
