I'm Sam, a senior full-stack developer and freelance CTO. I build, stabilize, and scale tech products, from idea to deployment, hands-on with the code.

I've been in every role along the chain: dev, lead, head of engineering, CTO. At CapSens, I grew an agency from 1 to 30 developers and managed over 200 AWS servers. At Faktus (BTP neobank, €65M raised), I took over an unstable legacy system and delivered a complete V1 alone: KYC, cards, loans, banking operations. I'm neither a manager who no longer codes nor an executor who waits for a brief. I drive technical strategy AND deliver the code.

Result: Faktus raised €9M in 2024, then €56M in 2025.

Today, I lead Baijobu (baijobu.com), a solo full-stack agency specializing in AI-augmented development.
