Public Affairs

- Development and implementation of the chamber's public relations strategy with public authorities and institutions.

- Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments in the sector and analyzing the political agenda to provide recommendations.

- Research and identification of decision-makers in public institutions directly or indirectly related to the chamber.

- Development of institutional relations to ensure effective representation of the chamber.

Communication

- Creation, monitoring, and management of the chamber's communication strategy.

- Establishment and animation of partnerships.

- Press Relations: development of press partnerships by maintaining and enriching a portfolio of press contacts.

- Management of press inquiries; interface between journalists' requests and the chamber.

- Planning and monitoring of press campaigns. Media monitoring of the chamber. Monitoring and adjustment of the performance and press coverage of communication actions.

Operational, Administrative, and Financial Management

- Supervision of teams under the responsibility of the President.

- Secretariat for governance and statutory bodies (preparation, minutes, register of deliberations).

- Budget monitoring: updating member files, treasury, bookkeeping, invoice management, budget preparation...

- Administrative monitoring (social declarations, correspondence...) and contractual monitoring (project files, agreements...)

Member Network Animation

- Organization of events for members to support them in developing their activities and create synergies in their sector.

- Creation of an interesting and attractive membership offer for prospects.

Sponsorship and patronage project manager in the brand department
