Responsible for the strategic management and operational implementation of financial, equity, and legal processes within an international corporate group with investment focus in Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Science, and HealthTech.

Focus on connecting corporate finance, legal governance, and strategic portfolio management to ensure sustainable value development and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsible for the strategic and financial support of business succession and the establishment of operational structures for a medium-sized company in the automotive and tire trade sector.

Focus on planning, financing, and implementing a management buy-in in close coordination with the company founder and external investors.

Key tasks included the preparation of the business and financial plan, the preparation and execution of the company valuation, and the negotiation of purchase and financing conditions.

This included structuring the financing through debt and equity instruments, securing investor and bank funds, and implementing a controlling and reporting framework for ongoing performance and liquidity management.
