Designed, developed, and optimized custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces to align with client specific business needs. Implemented and enhanced SAP SD processes by integrating custom pricing routines, BAPIs, and user exits to improve sales order and billing functionalities. Conducted performance tuning on existing ABAP reports and database queries, ensuring optimized execution times for large datasets. Developed ALV reports and interactive dashboards to improve data visualization and decision-making processes for key stakeholders. Provided ongoing technical support, debugging, and issue resolution for SAP SD, ensuring seamless business operations.

2. Stadtwerke Neuss

Developed and customized various ABAP programs. Created and maintained custom SAP scripts and SmartForms for various business processes. Customized SAP standard programs using enhancements and modifications while adhering to best practices. Developed and maintained EDI/IDoc interfaces for seamless data exchange between SAP and external systems, ensuring accurate and automated document processing.

Key Projects:

1. Walmart – Automation Architect

Designed and implemented a comprehensive mobile and web automation infrastructure using Appium, WebdriverIO, and Playwright, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage. Delivered a strategic design that supports multiple environments and testing scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability. Designed and implemented the CI processes in Github Actions, automating APK/IPA builds and web deployments in Docker containers based on developer selected branches, followed by executing automation tests and generating reports.

2. Qualcomm – Automation Architect & Team Lead

Architected and developed an advanced automation infrastructure for UI using Playwright in Java, and for API/back-end testing utilizing MongoDB, Vertica, and SQL Server. Led the design and implementation of CI pipelines in Jenkins, employing Jenkinsfile and Groovy scripts. Managed environment creation for ad-hoc tasks, app, and services deployment to Kubernetes clusters via Helm charts, followed by running automation tests with reports and monitoring. Developed back-end services and simulator tools using Python/Java with ActiveMQ, Kafka and configured the services with Helm charts.

Developed end-to-end automation from scratch and Unit testing for the server side with Microservices and for UI using C# with Xunit, Selenium with POM design and SQL Entity Framework for database interactions. Developed back-end validation and code Refactoring using C# and Redis for efficient data caching. System Manager and configuration of new Merchants, Banks, and Users. Performance and memory Optimization and Analysis with dotTrace, Load test with JMeter.
