8 years of automotive experience, including 2.5 years in the development of safety-critical steer-by-wire systems. There you learn: Robustness is not a nice-to-have. Systems that fail in critical situations must not even be put into operation.

Full responsibility for requirements, system architecture, and review management in a steer-by-wire series development project according to ISO 26262 / ASIL D — from specification to acceptance.

Focus areas:

Creation of the component requirement specification for a position/angle sensor in the steer-by-wire system

Development of physical and functional architectures at multiple abstraction levels using Enterprise Architect (UML/SysML)

Responsibility for key functions: BLDC motor control and diagnostic services (UDS/OBD)

Daily management of change requests, change impact analyses, and defect reports across multiple stakeholders

Reviewer for architecture and requirements of multiple vehicle functions — complete resolution of all review findings

Methods & Tools: Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational DOORS, PTC Integrity, UML/SysML, ISO 26262, ASPICE, V-Model

• Focus 1 – Acquisition & Sales:

◦ Conception of an acquisition process

◦ Building a personal network primarily through cold outreach and new customer acquisition

◦ Presenting demo vehicles on-site to (potential) customers

◦ Coordinating and moderating use case workshops

◦ Describing personas and conducting interviews for various target groups

• Focus 2 – Marketing & Product Management:

◦ Content and conceptual preparation of marketing materials for sales support (teasers, presentations, demo vehicles, videos, trade fairs, etc.)

◦ Preparation and coordination of social media activities

◦ Central interface to the marketing department

◦ Creation of market and competitor analyses (target group identification, pain point analysis, market potential assessment)
