The Online Business Manager (OBM) is the operational right-hand person of the business owner. Where the business owner has the vision, the OBM organizes, structures, and drives progress. They take charge of project coordination, the implementation of efficient processes, and service provider management; allowing the manager to focus on what they do best, without getting bogged down in operations.

Specifically, the OBM analyzes the existing organization, identifies bottlenecks, and implements systems that keep the business running even in their absence. It's an external perspective with internal involvement.

I managed the communications for an artistic association specializing in the creation of murals and trompe-l'oeil. Responsible for the association's image and outreach, I defined the communication strategy, promoted creations across various channels — social media, local press, print materials — and worked to make this unique artistic know-how known to the general public, local authorities, and potential partners.

An experience that taught me to put words and images to strong visual art, and to build a coherent identity around a cultural project rooted in the region.
