→ Event of 500 guests, organized in Kobe over 3 days → 8 new minor account managements, DMAIC analysis, customer service

Main missions: ensuring the smooth operation/reception of 200+ daily visitors to the Tokyo Tower

→ Daily management of the Japanese supplier team at reception, improvement of existing systems and introduction of initiatives inspired by global practices adapted to the local market

→ Technical meetings for reception security and international coordination with Salesforce towers
