• Provide daily functional support to sales teams on tools and activities

• Analyze, create, prioritize, and track production incidents (JIRA), test fixes before production deployment, communicate

• Contribute to Arval's various strategic projects / Drive change within Retail (write operating procedures, train, communicate)

• Collect, challenge, and write evolution requirements for the Retail-specific Directorate / Validate acceptance criteria

• Test new Retail-specific functionalities before production deployment

• Perform regression testing campaigns (XRAY) as part of IT Releases (Retail specificities)

• Test new functionalities before production deployment (Sanity Check)

• Train sales teams on new functionalities and new tools, communicate

Review of functional specifications and needs analysis

Analysis and review of requirements definition Management, Detection, creation, and reporting of anomalies. Review, Analysis, modification of functional specifications and evolution requests. Proposal and implementation of workarounds. Functional tests, Pre-packaging tests taking into account functional requirements. Writing test plans (Jira, Word, Squash). Assistance to developers in charge of fixes. Perform functional reviews after development.
