• • Collaboration with the LNS-INFN acoustics group within the multidisciplinary SMO and EMSO projects, focusing on underwater acoustic noise analysis and the study of correlations between acoustic signals and maritime traffic.

• • Development of an AIS (Automatic Identification System) platform for real time vessel route monitoring, including a dedicated web interface for integrated visualization of AIS data and underwater acoustic measurements.

• • Contribution to the development and operational management of the IDMAR infrastructure, with activities focused on the Junction Box and the optical

network of the coastal station, providing operational support for KM3NeT and EMSO ERIC experimental activities.

• • Development of software solutions for real-time monitoring of fiber optic network performance using Optical Spectrum Analyzer technologies, including automated analysis of optical power, frequency stability and SFP laser drift, remote management features and proactive maintenance alert thresholds.

• • Participation in field measurement campaigns involving distributed fiber optic sensing technologies, using DAS (Distributed Acoustic Sensing) and BOTDR (Brillouin Optical Time Domain Reflectometry) for the characterization of vibrations, strain and seismic signals.
