The agency managed its commercial activity and recruitment with scattered, time-consuming, and difficult-to-track processes. Each new client onboarding required several hours, while lead and candidate tracking lacked fluidity.

I redesigned and automated the entire process, from client acquisition to recruitment tracking. I designed a custom CRM and ATS from scratch, with simple, centralized interfaces fully aligned with the agency's visual identity.

Result: onboarding a new client is now done in two clicks, information is centralized, and the team can manage more leads and candidates with far fewer manual tasks.

For its international campaign against deep sea mining, WWF needed a website that was both high-performing, easily administrable in-house, and designed to be visible on search engines as well as in responses generated by AI.

I managed the project end-to-end: needs assessment, writing the specifications, UX/UI design, and website development on Lovable. I also set up an editorial back-office allowing WWF teams to publish and update their content autonomously.

The site is designed from its inception to address SEO, AEO, and GEO challenges, with a structure that promotes understanding and indexing of content by search engines and generative AI models.

I work as a freelancer for Boldys on automation, no-code, and artificial intelligence projects for SMEs. Depending on the projects, I handle all or part of the execution cycle: needs assessment, solution design, client relationship management, developer coordination, and direct tool development. Recent projects include the digitalization of the quoting and site monitoring process for RAID, a construction company, as well as the automation of financial reporting and the creation of P&L dashboards for Iconic House.
