dashboard for client Builders First Source contractor. Developed a data model in Power BI and optimized query
performance in SQL Server by creating custom queries using CTEs to replace views. Created native queries in Power
BI to enhance dataset query results. Achieved a 7% reduction in operating costs and identified high-cost materials to
assist in setting contract pricing for construction projects.
