Within the La Poste group, on the Mon Compte project attached to the IRCO train of BGPN, I took on a dual role: SAFe Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager. My mission was to support two agile teams (System Team and MC Data) in continuous improvement and achieving PI objectives in a SAFe environment, as well as planning and coordinating operations in collaboration with DIWO.

- Facilitate the Scrum framework and its rituals

- Lead agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, backlog review, daily, retrospectives, demo)

- Track iteration tickets and PI features

- Remove obstacles and help teams move forward

- Help teams achieve PI objectives

- Ensure alignment with other teams in the train and participate in managing inter-team dependencies

- PI Planning: preparation, facilitation, and follow-up

- Scrum of Scrums: synchronization with other teams

- Art Sync: Report risks and dependencies, streamline flow and exchanges

- Help teams prepare for upcoming PI topics and plan scoping and estimation workshops

- Plan DIWO operations on the Mon Compte environments

- Monitor operational coordination work

- Track obsolescence management

- Create and break down coordination features, estimate and plan for the PI

As part of the digital transformation in a SAFe Agile environment, a revolutionary project aimed at building an IS for the Army to facilitate planning, budget tracking, and activity monitoring within various organizations.

Focusing on modern web technologies, considering optimal user experience, and code and deliverable quality.

- Participate in recruitment and team building

- Analyze existing systems and upskill on the technical and functional environment

- Prepare the development environment and write the installation guide

- Ensure junior developer upskilling

- Prepare Epics and break them down into features

- Technical design, estimation, and development of Frontend features

- Create technical documentation

- Support the team during PI Planning to develop an optimal plan

- Help the team define PI objectives and meet commitments

- Ensure team coordination, dynamics, and proper functioning

- Provide Scrum Master backup

- Organize and lead developer workshops, design reviews, in collaboration with POs, dev team, and UI/UX, incorporating user feedback.

- Incorporate technical solutions recommended by the architect and share them with the team.

- Ensure code quality and encourage developers to perform code reviews.

- Monitor sprint technical progress, guide the team in resolving blockers

- Ensure continuous integration and maintenance of delivery branches.

Focusing on Java / Angular technologies. I also had the opportunity to act as Scrum Master on some assignments and consolidate teamwork.
