• Procurement & Acceptance: Review and adaptation of tender documents, participation in the awarding of planning services, and execution of technical and VOB acceptance support.

• International Standardization Work: Active participation in the development of standard ISO 8100-7 (Accessibility of elevators).

• System Monitoring & Documentation: Monitoring of conveyor and building technology systems as well as creation of technical documents.

• Service Coordination: Recording technical inquiries and dispatching service technician assignments.

• 3D Design & FEM Analysis: Design of assemblies with PTC Creo and execution of FEM analyses for component validation.

• Technical Documentation: Creation of standard-compliant manufacturing drawings and parts lists.
