As a Logistics Assistant at CERTIDEAL since November 2022 in Levallois, France, I have had the opportunity to engage in various essential tasks for the company's smooth operation. My primary role is to manage product returns and process return requests. This responsibility requires meticulous attention to detail and great rigor to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with internal procedures.

In parallel, I am responsible for carrying out quality controls. This task is crucial for maintaining the high level of quality our customers expect from us. I must meticulously examine each returned product to detect any anomalies or defects, thereby ensuring that only products meeting our strict standards are reintegrated into our stock or returned to our suppliers.

Finally, I have also had the opportunity to participate in certain logistics projects to optimize processes. These projects allow me to leverage my time management and organizational skills while directly contributing to CERTIDEAL's operational efficiency.

These experiences have allowed me to develop solid skills in logistics management, problem-solving, and quality control, while strengthening my ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Leading the company's largest hub, my mission was to:

- Manage a team of four order pickers and about twenty couriers.

- Ensure all processes were respected, implement new ones, and optimize existing ones for more efficient performance and perfect service quality.

- Fleet sizing.

- Reduction of logistics costs.

- Implementation of dispatch strategies.

- Dispatch and monitoring of operations.

- Inventory management.

- Operational support.
