My conviction is to build information systems whose services meet business needs. I favor a construction aligned with the company's objectives and strategies and with the principles of IT management to gain responsiveness to the various changes that occur throughout the life of the company and to ensure coherent and scalable management of IS with good cost control. To do this, I rely on three pillars enriched by my experiences, my master's degree in Enterprise Architecture from Ecole CentraleSupélec and TOGAF certification:

1. EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY AND FINANCE

I pursued my career in large international industrial groups and financial institutions. I have developed a sensitivity that allows me to understand my clients' objectives according to their context and challenges. Working in new sectors particularly motivates me.

2. HOLISTIC APPROACH

I have analyzed and audited several business processes and I easily understand their challenges. This allows me to ask the right questions to identify their impact on other processes and propose architectures adapted to their current needs and plan a roadmap for future needs.

3. MULTICULTURAL

I have led missions in an international context spanning 30 countries across 4 continents. I speak fluent French, English, Italian, and Turkish. I have lived in 3 countries. I can easily adapt to different multicultural contexts.
