- Verify and validate, according to current regulations, the structural integrity and compliance with fire safety and HVAC, Rooftop, natural and mechanical smoke extraction installations.

- Draft compliance certificates according to PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) regulations after site visits.

- Attend safety commissions before the opening of public access buildings (ERP).

Fire Specialist for ERP and Labor Code establishments:

- New construction

- Renovation of ERP establishments

Structural Specialist:

- Deep and shallow foundations

- Wood, steel, and reinforced concrete construction.

- Structural reinforcement of existing structures

Finishing Work Specialist:

- Cladding

- Roofing and Waterproofing

- Glazed facades and heavy facades

Experience in Civil Engineering - Various Roads and Utilities (VRD)

Estimating dimensions to be respected and considering the dimensional parameters of construction projects. Research and development. Development of technical plans (parts, assembly, sub-assembly). Proposing technical solutions while respecting standards. Client relations (individuals, professionals, architects, developers). Site monitoring until acceptance.

Analyze and provide opinions regarding the compliance of various types of projects (residential buildings, offices, commercial spaces, and ERP). Conduct site visits during execution to provide reports on project progress and the compliance of various works. Examine execution documents to verify that the various works comply with DTUs (French Technical Documents) and French standards. Attend various design and execution meetings to respond to client requests. Provide design, execution, and acceptance reports according to project progress. Alert on non-compliant works. Client relations (individuals, professionals, architects, developers, contractors; design offices... etc.)
