Within the digital department, in a scaled Agile context based on the Safe Framework, I am responsible for the E2E validation (front and back) of the GF IQ platform, allowing the client to track and control their energy consumption. Mission: • Take charge of testing activities according to squad priorities • Analyze the product risk matrix and define the test strategy • Design and execute test plans. • Monitor test results and contribute to sprint review preparation • Design and maintain automated tests under Datadog and Playwright. Within the Consumption Data Provider department, I am the functional administrator for the TICC application (processing of indexes and consumption calculations). Mission: • Identify, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions reported by users • Assist users and provide N3 support for the TICC application • Accept, validate, and guarantee correct configuration, whether for corrections or evolutions.

Context: Within the intervention planning department, my role is to validate the Cinke-Programmation application, which allows for the planning and scheduling of ERDF agents' activities. Mission: • Take charge of test lead for a major version of the application • Assist the Product Owner in managing the acceptance team (~20 testers) • Develop the test strategy, design, and execute test cases.
