▪ Coordinate the monitoring of worldwide Sales and Margins in the Regions in a continued perspective of improving the finance performance and profitable growth

▪ Contribute to the management of sales achievement in coordination with Supply Chain, central Worldwide Sales Team, HQ Finance and other main stakeholders

▪ Contribute to the decision making of Worldwide Sales Management by ensuring the consistency and quality of regional financial data and providing accurate and qualitative financial analysis and forecast

Global BPO:

▪ Monitor COPA monthly closing

▪ Coordinate monthly sales closing process in the systems (mainly between SAP ECC, PowerBI and SAP BFC)

▪ PowerBI key contact/user : Follow the evolution of the tool. Formalize new requests, ensure user good practice, train new user

▪ Put in place and maintain the monthly management by margin process within regions thanks to the new COPA Commercial tool

▪ Monthly monitoring of the Margins by products per region and coordination with SBUs

▪ Deployments of SAP ECC 6 in several subsidiaries worldwide

▪ UAT on sales, finance, and supply chain streams for data validation synchronized between SAP and PowerBI

▪ Post Go-Live training for various stakeholders on internal processes, including monthly closings

▪ COPA implementation

Financial Business Analyst EU-CIS:

▪ Responsible for sales reporting

▪ Key User BW, BO, Power BI, and FM

▪ Implementation of appropriate KPIs and new analytical tools

▪ Management and monitoring of budget and forecast processes

▪ Partnering with Sales teams for ad hoc analyses

Global BPO / Global Demand Planning Manager:

▪ Leading the Regional Business Analysts team (process adherence verification, support, innovations…)

▪ Maintaining the tool in operational condition in cooperation with IT and FuturMaster (synchronizations, interfaces, data flows, databases, nodes…) and implementing system improvements

▪ Ownership of the monthly process (7 Regions and 3 SBUs): validating forecast delivery at the end of the forecasting cycle, data consistency (budget, previous forecasts…), workflow compliance, SFA validation (Sales Forecast Accuracy), system uploads…

▪ Analysis and control of sales consistency against forecasts for continuous improvement of their reliability (analysis of differences between Statistical Forecast, Group Forecast, and Rolling Forecast)

▪ Modeling, exploitation, and cleaning of forecast databases such as algorithms, sales peaks, and forecasting policies configured in the dedicated software

▪ Proposing and implementing improvement actions, particularly for forecasting generation tools and processes
