Creation of the Lumio platform.

Lumio is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses increase their local visibility. Google reviews management, AI-powered automated posts, local SEO tracking, performance reports, and SMS alerts — all centralized in a simple and intuitive dashboard. Lumio supports entrepreneurs who want to attract more customers without spending hours on it.

• • Front-end Migration: Migrated the application from React to Next.js (TypeScript / TSX), with progressive refactoring of components and maintaining functional compatibility.

• • Back-end Development & Workflows: Maintained and evolved Python (Flask) services for product workflows (model management, release lifecycle, application processing).

• • Architectural Improvements: Implemented back-end structural improvements (separation of concerns, better code organization, maintainability, and scalability).

• • Software Quality: Implemented and maintained unit and functional tests (Pytest, Jest) to secure evolutions and limit regressions on critical flows.

• • DevOps / CI-CD / Production: Managed Dockerization, maintained GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and supported AWS deployments on dev / staging / production environments.

• • Release Process: Participated in the full delivery cycle: development => code review => merge => tag => release => staging deployment => validation => production deployment.

• • Production Support: Debugged and resolved production incidents (log analysis, diagnostics, fixes), with direct intervention on Docker services.

• • Data: Used MongoDB for model data (metadata, states, versions, lifecycle) and MySQL for user/application data.

• • Agile: Worked in Agile methodology (2-week sprints) with participation in team rituals (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
