I founded SolidApps to support very small businesses and SMEs in their creation, structuring and daily management, integrating artificial intelligence as a foundation from the start. SolidApps offers global support combining visual identity, website, process structuring, automation, training and implementation of specialized AI agents.

The objective is clear: to put AI in the hands of entrepreneurs, and allow them to build a more autonomous, agile and efficient company.

I designed an AI laboratory that develops intelligent agents for business use (accounting, legal, project management, etc.), available 24/7, as well as a training and awareness program on "agentification" and new modes of organization.

In addition to having developed all the technical solutions (N8N, JavaScript, .NET, PHP), I ensured all the key functions: development, marketing, customer relations, accounting, sales... with the support of AI agents designed to support me in the management of the company.

SolidApps is today an autonomous structure, offering its customers real time savings, simplification of operational decisions, and an organizational model based on useful innovation.

As CIO, I was responsible for restructuring the entire IT department, in a critical context: excessive IT spending, blocked strategic projects, and total absence of internal management. I initiated a complete transformation of the organization by internalizing key skills, establishing a project manager / technical referent pair on each project, and reducing costs in a few months.

Under my direction, we have:

Deployed a new e-commerce platform interconnected with the physical sales room

Completely redone the business management ERP, developed on ASP.NET MVC with SQL Server

Implemented a hybrid physical/online sales system, with monetized APIs and automation of the generation of non-pledge certificates

Created a 3D photo module of vehicles, integrated into the online shopping experience

Established an employee satisfaction dashboard, deployed first in the IT department and then across the company

Launched management training programs to strengthen soft skills and limit the risk of departures linked to management errors

At the same time, I was involved in commercial actions, initiating local partnerships to expand the base of vehicles available for sale.

As CTO, a company specializing in tech consulting, I led the technical strategy, talent management and diversification of offers. When I arrived, the company had 80 consultants. In two years, I helped grow the workforce to 95 people, while increasing turnover thanks to the upgrading of skills and the opening up to new technological fields.

My achievements include:

- The creation of new offers around the cloud, data and AI, previously absent from the catalog

- The launch of a Qualiopi-certified training department, offering 15 targeted training courses (code quality, modern practices, architecture, etc.)

- The foundation of an internal school intended to train junior or retraining profiles, via an intensive 8-week program (7 weeks tech + 1 week soft skills), accompanied by in-house experts

- The development of an internal mentoring model, to guarantee the continuous progression of consultants while aligning their skills with market needs

- The construction of technical excellence paths to position consultants as experts recognized by clients

- As a member of management, I also participated in commercial relations, employer branding, and the consolidation of strategic positioning in a very competitive tech market.
