• Model and configure data recovery procedures under FME

• Assist our clients in the use of the ESRI DeskTop/Server range

Details: My missions within the team consisted of setting up FME scripts to meet client requests (SFR). The implemented scripts could be used to update data or integrate data into databases. I was also responsible for training Graphland clients on FME ETL or Esri ranges.

• Operation and production of geographic and cartographic data, ensuring the cartographic repository for Covage's telecommunication networks,

• Management of internal databases to develop production tools and automate business processes for Covage users with FME ETL.

• Accompany our clients in the success of their deployment projects and understand their needs,

• Identify data useful for the implementation of their business,

• Understand and integrate our clients' data (sometimes geographic, sometimes not),

• Identify opportunities and be proactive in helping clients fully leverage their business and our tools,

• Ensure the user experience remains the best by proposing continuous improvements to the platform's features and interface.

Details: In managing the Hyvilo tool projects, we had several stages:

• Recovery and validation of client data for integration purposes. Data processing is done via FME ETL (therefore, setting up automated FME scripts with potential use of SQL, Python). Data recovered from clients comes from various sources: Excel, Csv, SHP, API…

• Centralization of client data in the Hyvilo tool with linking logic between different information sources.

• User training for tool adoption (Creation, Update, and deletion of objects...)

• Implementation of procedures (via the Hyvilo platform) to maximize client tasks and working time.

• Management of client tickets (for updates, improvements, implementation, and bug resolution...)
