Description: Audit of the IS technical and architectural aspects

Project: Audit and scoping of IS modernization

As part of a strategic transformation program for the EuroTitres IS, I conducted a technical audit of the application portfolio to identify areas for improvement and refine the project scope. Immersed in the project team, I contributed to the scoping of the IS modernization, participating in the definition of the target architecture and the estimation of work. I also supported the teams by facilitating workshops, establishing best practices, and conducting code reviews to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and longevity of new features.

I contributed to the design of solution evolutions and the definition of technological orientations, supervised development, and monitored production deployments. I also mentored developers, optimized code quality, and led the reduction of technical debt to ensure the application's longevity and performance.
