I work with biotechnology laboratories, research centers, and start-ups by offering them in vitro and in vivo studies tailored to their needs.
I am based at the CRRET EA 43/97/ERL CNRS 9215 laboratory in Créteil (94100); all my studies take place within this laboratory, which includes an animal facility for my in vivo studies. I am authorized to conduct animal experiments (Level 1 animal experimentation certificate).
Pharmacological Study:
• Compartmental and non-compartmental analysis
• Bioavailability / Bioequivalence
• Measurement of all pharmacokinetic parameters (absorption, distribution, elimination...)
• Study on drug distribution within the body
• PK/PD analysis
• Statistical analyses.
Toxicological Study:
Determination of LD50, acute and subchronic toxicity studies of the drug administered to animals.
Pharmacodynamic Study:
Studies of the biological activity of new molecules: anticoagulant, anticancer...
I also study the interaction between drugs (or new molecules) and blood.
