Writing functional specifications and product documentation. Implementation of the testing strategy. Analysis of usage and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

Happly is the iOS and Android application that allows millions of employees to enjoy daily benefits, by providing access, wherever they go, to all their CSE services and a catalog of over 1 million products (physical products, e-tickets for cinema and shows, or leisure and vacation offers).

MISSIONS

• Continuous collection of user needs and business opportunities from the lead UX, stakeholders, and account managers.

• Definition and monitoring of business objectives, KPIs, and product roadmap with the Product Manager and project sponsor.

• Implementation of the Happly MVP in less than 3 months. Prioritization of high-value features using the RICE methodology.

• Design thinking for features using the Design Thinking methodology.

• Support for the development team using SCRUM methodology (product backlog prioritization, user story preparation, agile ceremonies facilitation).

• Acceptance testing (Pre-production and Production) and validation of acceptance criteria.

• Deployment of tests (Firebase deployment for Android, TestFlight for iOS) and final publication on the Stores (AppStore and PlayStore).

• Implementation of Analytics tools on the various Happly sub-products: GA, GTM, Firebase Analytics, ATInternet/Piano.io, ContentSquare and KPI monitoring (growth: +24K active users per month, 500k downloads in less than a year, +1000 downloads/day since April 2022. Average retention: 23%. Happly ranked #1 on the AppStore in the "News and Magazine" category since March 2022).

• Co-creation with the marketing and communication team of B2B and B2C strategies to be implemented (emailing campaigns, monthly webinars, creation of the website https://happly.io…),
