As a "Business Partner" to Management, and in collaboration with the CFO, within a company of 100 employees with an international focus and a turnover of €60 million, my responsibilities are as follows (English-speaking scope - the finance department is located in the US)

- Perform the accounting closing (booking cut-off entries (French and US GAAP) up to the booking of the balance sheet and income statement in the consolidation tool) and present the results to the management located in the US.

- Study financial results over deadlines, monitor discrepancies between forecast objectives and actual results, and recommend corrective action plans to Management.

- Monitor invoicing with the sales administration/contracts department to ensure proper revenue recognition.

- Provide "Business Partner" support to management to achieve economic performance objectives.

- Analyze Risks & Opportunities and their financial impacts on the company's results.

- Conduct financial studies and projections at the request of management.

- Participate in annual internal and external audits.

Within the Performance Management Support unit of Enedis's IT department, I am responsible for monitoring and managing an annual budget of €100 million:

Ensure budget management and monitoring;

- Ensure procurement planning and monitoring;

- Develop and harmonize reporting;

- Contribute to the preparation of business IT committees;

- Provide methodological support to projects and monitor the project portfolio;

- Contribute to the optimization of existing processes

- Manage exit points (closing)

- Monitor the updating of the Project Portfolio;

- Prepare and update project performance reviews;

- Provide a summary of the monitoring of the Pole's main projects;

- Carry out Internal Control actions;

During these three years at Bonna Sabla, I was the financial manager for 4 major projects (EOLE, extension of line 14, sections 2/3, and line 15).

For these projects, Bonna Sabla was responsible for producing and delivering voussoirs (concrete blocks used for tunnel construction) for the Grand Paris (line 15), RATP (extension of line 14), and SNCF (extension of RER E).

As the financial manager for these projects, I was responsible for budget monitoring and control (in close collaboration with project managers), booking cut-off entries, and reporting closing data to our consolidation tool.

I was also responsible for preparing monthly work status reports for invoicing our client.
