During this assignment, my main contributions were as follows:

1- Setting up an Azure environment from scratch:

- Creation and deployment of an Azure Cloud infrastructure, adhering to group best practices (IaC, security, scalability).

- Implementation of robust CI/CD solutions via GitHub Actions to automate continuous deployment processes.

2- Development of infrastructure templates and GitHub Actions workflows:

- Development of new Terraform and Ansible templates to facilitate standardization and reusability of configurations.

- Creation of optimized CI/CD workflows for various use cases, including integration of SonarQube and Checkmarx for code quality and security checks.

3- Management of containerized environments and SRE:

- Deployment and management of Kubernetes environments (AKS/EKS) to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.

- Configuration of monitoring, alerting, and backup tools to meet SRE requirements.

4- Security and networking:

- Implementation of a secure network architecture: Virtual Networks, Firewalls, advanced routing, etc.

- Application of best practices in Cloud security to protect deployed data and applications.

5- Knowledge sharing and community animation:

- Active participation in Communities of Practice (CoP) by presenting advancements and sharing feedback.

- Contribution to the skill development of Ops teams through sharing and training sessions.

This mission allowed me to combine technical expertise and collaboration to deliver high-performing, secure, and client-needs-adapted solutions.

Within the Data & Integration team at JACQUEMUS, I had the opportunity to

contribute to the major project of building a DATA PLATFORM, while playing an essential role in the development of automation flows, the deployment, management, and optimization of infrastructure and applications.

▪ Active participation in the implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, thus strengthening our DevOps practices.

▪ Complete management of deployment and migration projects, including architectural design, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and report production.

▪ Maintenance of operational environments.

▪ Contribution to infrastructure security and compliance with group directives.

▪ Infrastructure security and performance audits.

▪ Commitment to optimizing infrastructure costs through a FinOps approach.

▪ Participation in continuous process improvement.

▪ Deployment of platform monitoring solutions to ensure service availability and performance.

▪ Successful migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub, fostering better source code management and effective collaborations

- Implement infrastructure in an automated way (Azure) and set up monitoring/alerting solutions.
