Universities lacked scalable tools to deliver personalised career support at scale, so I designed and built Jobcamp as a zero-to-one AI platform, owning product vision, UX, full-stack engineering, and go-to market end-to-end across 10 markets (UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Finland). Built the AI core using LLM pipelines, RAG architecture, and Qdrant vector search to deliver contextual, multilingual career recommendations, supporting 140+ languages and ensuring compliance with EU data regulations and the upcoming EU AI Act. Designed a multi-tenant SaaS backend with database-per-university isolation on Supabase, enabling secure, compliant data handling for institutional clients while maintaining scalability. Ran the full B2B sales cycle from cold outreach to pilot agreements, designing pricing architecture and ICP segmentation to position Jobcamp as accessible to institutions without large procurement budgets. Implemented background job orchestration and Cloudflare Zero Trust to ensure secure, reliable AI processing at scale, directly addressing enterprise concerns around data security and regulatory compliance.

Users were abandoning the platform mid-trade due to missing analytical tools, so I led the delivery of 20 features including P&L dashboards and TradingView integration, lifting 30-day user engagement by 30%. Directed a 12-person cross-functional team (engineering, design, QA) through a full mobile app redesign, improving project completion velocity by 60% through clearer OKRs and sprint discipline. Product decisions were being made on intuition with no shared data language, so I built a behavioural analytics stack using Mixpanel and GA4, cuting average time-to-insight by 70% and informing the three highest-impact feature bets of the year. Defined OKR frameworks for mobile development and design teams, increasing performance transparency by 25% and aligning quarterly roadmaps to business outcomes rather than feature volume.

To stress-test bridge UX under real developer conditions before public launch, I ran a global hackathon with ETH Global, yielding 80+ developer submissions and a 35% improvement in error handling and API documentation. Led regulatory compliance initiatives including establishing legal entities in BVI and Panama, enabling the protocol to operate across jurisdictions and supporting long-term product scalability in a high ambiguity environment.
