• Analysis and review of actual and forecast financial statements (P&L, margins, overheads), including the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and budget revisions for several group entities.

• Development, consolidation and analysis of cash flow forecasts, as well as production of cash flow statements and cash flow forecasts.

• Monthly reporting to management, highlighting variances, analyzing changes, and providing operational recommendations.

• Budgetary monitoring of group projects and investment control, with profitability calculation and extraction of data necessary for steering.

• Retreatment, validation, and analysis of financial data on Excel, with advanced use of formulas (SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, IF…), to optimize steering quality.

• Participation in the optimization and automation of steering tools for operational staff, finance, and management (processes, dashboards, performance indicators).

• Cost Optimization: Participation in a strategic project to reduce operational costs, resulting in a 3% decrease in expenses and a 5% improvement in net margin.

• Development of financial reports and recommendations to management teams for budget steering.

• Analysis and monitoring of financial performance indicators to optimize profitability of Working Capital Requirements (WCR) and Cash Flow.

• Management of a client portfolio across various sectors (Construction, Agriculture, Catering, Hospitality, Healthcare).

• Accounting and financial processing.

• Bank reconciliation: Posting & clearing accounts.

• Participation in client advisory meetings.
