For nearly twenty years within a research company in the oil industry, I was able to explore the themes of employee health / safety and Quality of Life at Work. This is what convinced me to put people back at the center of my professional life.
Today, I help individuals to (re)become actors of their well-being. I lead wellness workshops in companies, training courses on stress management and on QWL.
I also support employees in their questioning and their positive transformation during individual and collective sessions in sophrology and professional transition coaching.
I support in sophrology on themes such as stress management, emotion management, burnout prevention, improvement of sleep disorders, anxiety disorders and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.
In professional transition coaching, I help them take stock of their career and highlight their skills, know-how and interpersonal skills.
Finally, I trained in mental health first aid, in order to best support all profiles.
