Supporting HR and internal communication departments on sensitive, high-impact human communications in international and multilingual contexts.

Intervening before dissemination to secure the tone, implicit meanings, perception, and consistency of messages, especially when drafting or translation is assisted by AI tools (DeepL, ChatGPT, equivalent solutions).

Assignments carried out within the framework of framework agreements for large groups and institutions (industry, construction, certification, events, tourism), on projects covering up to 50 languages.

Role: prevention of human, reputational, and organizational risks related to language, without intervention on the legal substance or the final HR decision.

Coordination and review of translations of framework agreements, contracts, internal policies, and multilingual institutional documents. Projects covered: up to 50 languages, identifying sensitive areas requiring expert review or local validation. Direct collaboration with in-house lawyers or compliance teams to prevent risky interpretations.
