• Mission within the PSL tribe (Sourcing Log Steering) as part of budget monitoring.

• Main objective: automate existing Excel reports and develop a Power BI application dedicated to the tribe's budget steering:

• Gathering and scoping business needs in collaboration with POs, Data Architects, and Data Engineers

• Facilitating scoping workshops and defining functional requirements

• Analyzing and redesigning existing Excel dashboards to validate and structure budget indicators

• Preparing and presenting reports to project communities to support budget decision-making

• Designing and developing Power BI dashboards to meet identified needs

• Implementing a centralized Power BI application for budget steering

• Automating data processing and optimizing existing flows

• Structuring data models and creating DAX measures adapted to financial indicators

Technical environment: Power BI (DAX & M), Excel, PostgreSQL, SQL, Python.

Excel - VBA

• Implementation of Power BI projects for the DDM Digital Data Marketing department to measure sales performance across all Stellantis brands:

• Project 1: Implementation of a new project for STELLANTIS customers (New+Existing) by brand, model, and country. (Sales on customer)

• Project 2: Automation of data flows via Power BI and Dataflow to eliminate all manual tasks from the Access source to Snowflake (New Profitability)

• For Project 1:

• Create the project mockup and validate it with the PO

• Extract relevant and quality data sources via Snowflake (SQL querying) before importing into PowerQuery.

• Process, exploit, and integrate data into dashboards in line with business needs via Power BI

• Optimize the data model on Power BI

• For Project 2:

• Create the new Dataflow for the Access database

• Integrate data from Dataflow into PowerQuery

• Replace the old Python script with the M language to map data

• Investigate data quality to verify the correspondence between the old Snowflake source (SQL) and the new Dataflow created (New Profitability)

• Integrate data frequency (Cycle) to update data in an optimized manner
