Started as Business Analyst on payment and billing process digitalization for EDF's commercial division — working at SAFe program level with Capabilities writing, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping in BPMN and business/IT alignment across Marketing and Sales teams.

Evolved into a Product Owner role, on a critical MES application (DELMIA Apriso) for nuclear equipment inspection in a highly regulated environment. Managed the full product lifecycle in a SAFe framework — backlog management, user story writing, dependency coordination and user adoption. Recognized as a showcase Agile Testing team.
