I worked at Telexpert as a teleconsultant specializing in outbound calls for the CPF program. My mission was to contact potential clients to inform them about their training rights, answer their questions and assist them in their administrative procedures. This position allowed me to strengthen my skills in persuasive communication, time management and customer relations.

I worked at Téléperformance as a teleconsultant for the Colissimo service (receiving calls). I was in charge of answering incoming calls from customers, assisting them in tracking their packages, managing complaints, and resolving delivery-related problems. This experience allowed me to develop excellent listening skills, clear communication and great responsiveness in processing requests.

I worked at Majorelle as a teleconsultant specializing in managing remote chat for Orange. My role was to respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests via instant messaging, providing clear and personalized solutions. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in written communication, simultaneous management of multiple conversations, and rapid problem solving.
