Sacha Sligouk

To validate my degree in non-profit project management, I completed a 9-month internship at the headquarters of Surfrider Foundation Europe in Biarritz (64). My responsibilities:

-Writing and updating 2022 grant applications for French and European public partners (project presentation and projected budgets).

-Writing the 2021 operational and financial reports.

-Monitoring public calls for projects on ocean protection.

-Working on the introduction of impact measurement within the NGO.

-Collaborating with project managers to ensure proper use of the association's project monitoring and evaluation tools.

After resigning from a permanent contract in the private sector, I decided to redirect my career towards environmental professions. I began this reorientation with a civic service in energy transition in Nancy. My responsibilities:

-Door-to-door awareness raising for residents of Nancy metropolitan area on energy savings achievable in a household.

-Data collection on consumption habits and intentions of metropolitan residents before and after our awareness talks.

-Creation and facilitation of an escape game on women's rights using recycled materials.

1-year permanent contract where I was in charge of the European network of freelance IT maintenance and deployment providers. I had to demonstrate a multicultural management approach to retain and activate our supplier relationships, thereby meeting our daily client demands. My responsibilities:

-Recruitment of technicians in France, Western Europe, and South America.

-Planning of IT interventions adapted to client requests.

-Price negotiation with our suppliers.

-Monitoring and reporting of interventions.

-Management of supplier invoicing.

-Daily communication with our clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
