My specialism lies in Growth Hacking in B2B Sales through a focus on Enterprise Selling and Account Based Marketing.

Experience:

The first part of my career I build and sold 3 business. Different times, different opportunities.

In corporate life, my first experience was with Barbecook, a Belgian A-brand and market leader at the time. Introduced Key Account Management and restructured Customer Service. Optimized both departments by implementing new technologies / software.

In 2015 I started at bol.com, the biggest ecosystem / platform in the Benelux. Market leader in front of Amazon. I scaled bol.com in the Belgian market, where we grew from 500K to +1 mil customers and from 2000 partners to +5500 partners. Managed a team of 25 with focus on Business Development, Key Account management and Partner Service. Opened an office in Antwerp from scratch. Was also responsible for shaping BE strategy within bol.com together with the board and do follow up on the execution on Marketing, HR and Logistics.

In 2023 I started at Shopopop, European market leader in crowd shipping. It is a French scale up that is internationalizing since 3 years. Reshaped the strategy, build a new team and centralized / aligned processes with HQ. Did this in 6 months and after we are building business by focusing on creating B2B Awareness and proving added value to Top FMCG retailers like Colruyt, Carrefour, Jumbo, Albert Heijn. Implemented new P&L calculations which are going to lead us break even in 12 months.
