Passionate about new ways of organizing work and about people, which is why I want to support the Transformation of companies.

It is through my 14 years of professional experience in both industry and services, with SMEs and large groups, that I realized the need to improve organization to make companies more efficient and that I decided to focus on Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, as well as Workplace Risk Prevention and Occupational Health and Safety.

I help companies to be more efficient to improve customer satisfaction by identifying waste through a problem-solving methodology from the Toyota system by involving people from different hierarchical levels while giving meaning to teams and improving their well-being at work.

I now wish to focus my career on Change Management and reconcile the link between Performance and Workplace Risk Prevention by bridging the gap between managers and teams, whether in Industry or Services, by managing action plans, implementing indicators, and training staff in tools to enable companies to improve their profitability, performance, and ensure their sustainability.

I am proficient in Lean tools (5S, Smed, Kanban), Quality (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D, Cause Tree), VSM and problem-solving (A3, QRQC), facilitating working groups, as well as identifying risks (DUERP) and analyzing workplace accidents.

I am organized, integrous, and adaptable, capable of being persuasive and uniting a team around a project.
