▶️Educational mission: Coordinate teaching and learning to enable the acquisition of the skills required within the framework of the common base of knowledge. Chair, organize the school board. Chair, organize and monitor the work of the teachers' council. Ensure the holding and monitoring of cycle councils. Ensure, in consultation, the development of the school project. Be responsible for writing the project and updating it (amendments). Ensure its implementation and the conformity of actions with the project. (implementation and monitoring of project performance indicators)

▶️Administrative mission: Respond within deadlines to requests for information from surveys, statistical elements from the administration. Ensure the transmission of information to everyone, ensure that important texts, orientations, developments are perceived by the entire team. Ensure that information circulates within the deadlines and in the required forms between families and the institution. Ensure all of its responsibilities as director: admission and monitoring of school attendance, organization of teaching (distribution of students and allocation of classes, etc.), supervision and security, holding and facilitating mandatory meetings.
