- current planning "FilmStoffEntwicklung 2026"

- the anniversary event "20 Years VeDRA" as part of Filmfest Munich 2022

- the hybrid professional event "FilmStoffEntwicklung 2021"

Responsibility for process and participant management, service provider and location coordination, technical implementation of hybrid formats, and support for speakers and program content.

Additional planning and execution of various seminars, member meetings, and further training formats, including AI seminars with screenwriter Oliver Schütte (2025 & 2026) and author John Voraus from the USA (2024).

Additionally, office management including preliminary accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and administrative association coordination.

Independent operational planning and execution of the Feuerwehr-Magazin trade fair appearance at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hanover. Responsibility for managing all trade fair, technical, stage, and activation trades, including service provider management, technical coordination, personnel and process planning, and live program control. Implementation of interactive visitor activations such as a cover shooting campaign, gaming area, and silent stage, as well as interface management between the editorial team, manufacturers, speakers, trade fair company, partners, and external service providers.

Planning, organization, and operational execution of the corporate events “AIMY AI Event” (02/2025) and “Learning Breakfast AIMY Event” (07/2025) in Berlin.

Responsibility for complete project coordination, including trade coordination, liaison with internal and external partners, quote and invoice management, budget planning and control, procurement, personnel management, and on-site process and guest coordination. Additionally, management of location scouting, service provider coordination, and operational execution of high-quality corporate and client events in the AI and learning environment.
