I am an ergonomist and posture and movement trainer in industry.

My goal. To involve teams so that you can gain in performance at work and employees, in efficiency.

I am passionate about the interactions, the links that employees create during training. After suffering from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) affecting the carpal tunnel, workplace health prevention became my driving force thanks to job analysis surrounded by teams.
