With over 15 years of experience in socio-professional support and business consulting, specializing in maintaining employment and project management roles, I decided to develop new skills in Human Resources. Throughout my professional experiences, I have taken a particular interest in projects aimed at employees with altered health conditions, especially in maintaining employment and socio-professional support for people with disabilities.

Indeed, Human Resources Management is now at the heart of business management, strategy, and even growth. Caught between organizational constraints, strong employee expectations, and compliance with social regulations, HR functions require a pivotal and often complex role.

Today, my training and professional background allow me to be a key player within companies. This enables me to contribute to the development, change of HR and Social policies, as well as human resource management.
