As an employment integration coach at Simplon, I support learners in building their professional projects and accessing employment. My role is to help them identify their skills, highlight their background, and define a realistic and motivating professional goal. I also address peripheral barriers to integration (mobility, self-confidence, language, childcare, etc.), in conjunction with social partners and relevant structures. I facilitate group workshops (CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, LinkedIn usage) and provide regular individual follow-up.
