About Sabine

A professional life is often divided into stages, moments, more or less interesting, nourishing, and exciting. It is also a vehicle that takes us towards encounters, exchanges, and learning that help us grow and fulfill ourselves.
Mine is no exception; it has even been "segmented" as I have held 3 professions: Biology, Finance, and Human Resources, respectively a student passion, a curiosity, and an achievement of sorts.
Always guided, mentored, and trained, I have grown and nourished myself with the knowledge and experiences of great women and men I had the chance to meet by chance during an eclectic professional journey. They allowed me to build my own path, my knowledge, and my experiences.
For several years, working conditions have become more complex. Convinced that a happy employee is much more productive, I have chosen to dedicate a large part of my professional activity to management and to supporting the transformations of organizations and their human resources.
For HR departments, tomorrow's challenge is to create the right conditions for employee engagement and enthusiasm, to meet their expectations in order to build a positive experience within the company in service of the employer brand.
Today, after having served large groups, I have regained my freedom and I want to share and pass on in turn what I have been given and which seems essential to me for professional and therefore personal fulfillment, and to participate in these fundamental HR challenges.
